Referral/Affiliate Page
Quickly build a referral program in less than 5 minutes. Leverage this tool to create dynamic pages that are used for email marketing, social media, or SMS that entice people to submit referrals. After a customer refers a contact a personalized letter is generated from your customer to their referral recommending your business. Tracking and Automation are used to manage referrals and evangelists for reward programs and dynamically shift new prospects into your sales funnel. Social media campaigns, influencers, and affiliates have all found success using this module. By assigning an affiliate page to your influencer they can use it to manually enter leads or post in their content. Affiliates can also have Silent Salesman guest login access so they too can track their customers.
Review Email
It’s very important that requests for reviews are made within the first week after a sale. Using this tool you can automatically ask customers for both Google and Facebook reviews. If the review request is not completed, a reminder email will be sent to nudge them toward completing the review request. We have conducted studies that have revealed that when a customer is willing to write a review they are also willing to refer business to you. By syncing the referral tool to the retargeting tool, ads can be displayed to the customer influencing them to refer others to your business. Using this tool automatically has produced double-digit referrals for many of our clients!
Email Marketing
We have leveraged our background in market research to conduct a study with university alumni.
